About

How LHS Consulting Came to Be.

After spending almost two decade working in various manufacturing industries and also in services, and having witnessed companies struggle to understand their processes, I decided to help. It doesn't matter whether you use steel as a raw material to produce car parts or apples to make baby food - everything is a process that can be broken down into individual steps to help us understand it better.

My name is Lukas Hlinka. I am a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, certified by the University of Michigan, with years of experience under my belt, and I will help you improve your processes!
